Welcome to Interior Studio Ltd. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Interior Studio Ltd provides interior design, architecture, and fit-out services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to availability and require a signed contract.
A deposit is required to commence work, with subsequent payments due according to the agreed milestone schedule. Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval.
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including material availability, site conditions, and client approval delays. We will communicate any changes promptly.
All designs, drawings, and concepts created by Interior Studio Ltd remain our intellectual property until final payment is received. Upon full payment, usage rights are transferred to the client for the specific project only.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable after work has commenced. Refunds for work-in-progress will be determined based on completed milestones.
Interior Studio Ltd liability is limited to the contract value. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in London, United Kingdom.
